Hi, I’m Quintin Carr Client Advisor for Jaguar of Easton. Joining the Germain team in March 2022 I’m excited to be a part of this customer-centric team. I’m an absolute car nut and have quite a bit of car knowledge that will assist me in my current role. Prior to joining the Germain team, I served 4 years with the United States Marine Corp. where I developed my teamwork, communication, and leadership skills all of which are also important in the auto industry. I work hard to ensure that our guests are completely satisfied, if I can’t figure something out, I will go above and beyond to find the answers for you to provide you with the best customer experience I can. Born in Reynoldsburg, OH I was raised in Lisbon, OH a small town where everyone knows everyone. I graduated from Beaver Local High School and returned to the Columbus area in 2021 as my wife Isabel is going to school here. Away from work, I enjoy playing video games and taking my dog Django on walks. My alter ego fictional character is Spiderman, he helps everyone and is very friendly, and always wants to be the best. My favorite vacation escape is in Hawaii. I used to live there and no place on earth compares to it in my opinion. Fun fact about me, a few years ago before I had a couple of shoulder surgeries, I carried a +1 handicap on the golf course.

I’m Robert Eisenbach, Sales Consultant for Jaguar Land Rover of Easton. In Aug 2014 I joined the automotive industry. I have been with JLR since 2014. Prior to the auto industry I owned my own business. As a business owner I look at the whole picture from consumer to owner. I believe success at any level depends on our ability to treat others as we want to be treated and putting our customers first. Being from Newark, OH I like being from a small town and it’s was a great place to raise our family. My wife Barbara and I have two adult children R.L. and Eric. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and restoring vintage cars and motorcycles. My wife and I enjoy vacationing anywhere our children are located. No one knows but I went to design school to learn pattern making. I also can weld/ paint / restore cars and motorcycles. The Range Rover Sport is the model I lean toward. It’s a great daily drive with lots of power and sound. I look forward to combining my passion for people, autos and design to help you find your perfect ride!

I’m Spencer Elmer client advisor for Jaguar of Easton. Joining the Germain team in May 2024 my automotive career began in April 2022. Bringing with me a career focused on hospitality, I believe in being genuine and intentional. I have a genuine interest in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. We do this every day, and it’s important to remember that purchasing a vehicle is one of the largest purchases people make. I’m here to guide them to their perfect vehicle. Born and raised in New Albany, OH  I am a graduate of New Albany High School and Kent State University. The Buckeyes, OSU football, and basketball are a few of my favorite things. I also enjoy reminding Browns fans that my Steelers have their number. Away from work, I enjoy working out and cooking. My choice of a fictional character for a day would be Percy Jackson. I love Greek Mythology, and everyone should have a pen sword. Jamaica is my favorite vacation escape. The culture, people and of course the food make it a wonderful time. You might catch me relaxing listening to Mac Miller, Best Day Ever if I’m not singing some RNB.

Isaac Selvey joined the Jaguar team in May 2024 in the role of client advisor. Isaac is looking forward to working with our sales team and putting his expertise to work. The more you tend to be able to help others, the more you’re able to help yourself; is his philosophy when it comes to customer service. Being from Mansfield, OH he’s a graduate of Lucas High School, with 40 kids in his class, and The Ohio State University. Relocating to the Columbus area in 2019 Isaac stays busy working out and self-improvement (mind, body, and spirit) and his hidden talent in video games which he’s too good at. His fictional character’s alter ego would be a Jedi, they use the Force!! As far as vacation escapes go, his favorite was his first out-of-state excursion to Scottsdale, AZ.

My name is Kevin Winston, client advisor for Jaguar of Easton. I began my auto career in the ’90s after serving in the U.S Army I was excited to join the Germain team in February 2019. My background consists of sales as well as some years in the banking world. I believe our guests are like members of our family and deserve the utmost quality experience. Born and raised in Indiana I transitioned to the Columbus area in 1992 as my wife is from here. Amy and I have two children Kyle and Kourtney. Away from the dealership I enjoy going, and sometimes participating in car shows, checking out the restaurant scene, as well as traveling and watching movies. When listening to music, I like a wide variety of different genres. I like vacations abroad, and here in Charleston, SC the Isle of Palms has been one of my favorites. Naples Florida is also like a second home to me as well. I enjoy the ocean and the beautiful beach houses. Choosing a favorite vehicle for me is any of our SVR models as I like the luxury mixed with the performance they have. I look forward to the opportunity to make this one of the best experiences, as well as welcoming you into the Jaguar Family!

My name is Rashid Ahmed, concierge for Jaguar of Easton. I joined the Germain team in May 2024. I was born in New York and raised in Ghana West Africa.

Hello, I’m Garrett Lafferty, concierge for Jaguar of Easton. Joining the Germain team in November of 2023 I bring a customer-centric focused mind frame and a work-hard attitude, keeping in mind that the customer is always right when I set forth to perform my job duties. Born in Raleigh, NC, I was raised in New Albany, OH, and graduated from New Albany High School. When I’m away from work I enjoy golf and more golf. Outside of that, you might catch me cheering on my Cleveland Browns. My fictional character alter ego is Maverick from Top Gun and I enjoy listening to Morgan Wallen’s Whiskey Glasses. Bald Head Island, NC has been a favorite vacation escape, throughout the years. Some fun facts about me; I play the piano, do origami, and have never had ice cream or soda. I look forward to meeting you when you stop by the dealership.

Hi, I am Troi Williams concierge for Jaguar. My automotive career began in 2005 and I transitioned to the Jaguar team in 2020. My overall commitment is to make sure our customers are truly satisfied with my work and the company. Born and raised in Sandusky my favorite thing is Cedar Point. In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and my favorite vacation was in New Orleans I loved the culture. The Jaguar I-Pace is my favorite of the line for its design. I look forward to meeting you when you visit us.
